Fast forward to today, and I've now coached many more persons around the world on health and whole living.

The end goal here is to learn how to nourish yourself well using simple nutrition principles that are maintainable through daily life (no food rules!), practice mindful eating to create a more positive experience with food, and gain the skills you need to make eating healthfully easy and enjoyable on a daily basis. Success in this program would mean you feel at ease making choices on a daily basis and you no longer feel like you need to follow a diet or a plan to eat healthfully.
